Modal keeps getting deleted

  • I have a problem and I’ve tried everything to get it fixed.

    I have a modal with a JetForm form on it. Everytime I open the modal, fill out the form, and submit, everything else is fine but the modal gets deleted. I thought it was a caching issue but that’s not it. It’s not a plugin conflict. Any insight into what it might be?

    Unfortunately, I couldn’t open your URL, but we did see this happening on our end, so we’ll share this topic with the developer team, and it will be fixed/improved for the next updates. Meanwhile, you can get in touch with your third-party plugin author. Maybe they have a solution that we are not aware of.

    We have checked the shortcode used again, and there is no issue. Please make sure the attribute of the shortcode is set to “ajax”; Please check this screenshot: https://i.postimg.cc/7hshk7xD/image.png.
    Then use this shortcode(with ajax attribute) in the modal.
    After that, test the form on the modal; it shouldn’t be refreshing the page and show the message at the end of the modal: https://i.postimg.cc/rmWyHbH1/image.png.
