Modal hiding form buttons

    Hello, I am using WP 4.0 with Vantage theme. I am using Easy Modal with the Google Forms plugin for a form I made. The form works just fine on a page, but I would like to use it in a modal. The problem is, the form buttons are not showing up in the modal, so the user cannot start or fill out the form properly.

    Any idea why the modal would hide the form buttons?
