    Can you please share a link to your website’s page where I can test the STB box? This will help us know what is causing the issue.

    Hello, the site I originally tested is in Localhost, but I installed it at https://demo.searchbox.com.do/popup/ for your review. I’m using the Divi theme, I switched Twenty Fifteen to test, didn’t show the shadow either.

    Hello Gerad,

    Thank you for sharing the link. Please note the background overlay would appear only when you have a box that appears in the center. If you change your box position to “center” you would be able to see the overlay in action.

    Got it, will leave it at the bottom even without the overlay. I’m marking this as solved.
