Mod Security – Settings Question

Under ‘Settings/Security and Performance’ tab, there is ‘Mod Security’ that has ‘NO’ in red. What exactly is this and does it have to be resolved for an import to a CPT? This is the free version. We are going to purchase the Pro version.
