Mod Rewrite

  • I tried the mod rewrite thing and it works with ‘index.php/path/to/’ but if I try to put the htaccess stuff it prints in the box below, into my htaccess file . . i get blocked from the site . . .says I don’t have permission. I have to go in through the shell and delete the .htaccess stuff to get back in.
    Where/what am I doing wrong?
