Mod of Aeros Any ideas on promoting authors?

Hi, take a look at my site
It’s a multi-author blog (in Swedish), using a modified version of Aeros (which is a great theme btw) on top of the latest wp version.
It’s modded to add a custom background, a second widgetized sidebar, a random slogan and a kopimi-sign (and some swedish localization done as well).

So what do you think? There is always room for improvement ??

Since it’s multi-author I worry about posts and authors getting lost in midst of everyone else (currently four authors but number five is joining us next week). Does anyone have any ideas on how to tackle this?

Currently the second sidebar (between the header and the posts) is used to display brief introductions to a random author and link to that authors author-page.
