MobilePay – Pending Payment

Regarding Nets Easy for WooCommerce
We have e recurring problem when processing MobilePay payment by Nets on our webshop. All payments are being processed, however when a customer makes a payment with MobilePay, the order always stands as pending payment (afventer betaling), as if its has not gone through. This is a major problem, because the customer does not recieve any order notification – and is likely to beliver the order did not get through (even though it did).
It is first when we set it to “Process order” the customer gets an order notification.We are often being called up by phone by customers, who does not belive the order was processed (as they normally get order confirmation at once).
Why can it not be processed as a “normal” payment, as creditcard payment? Do you have any fixes for this?
We are in contact with Nets support, but they have not been able to fix it yet.
