    Hi there,
    how can I create CSS statements for the plugin? There are problems with the z-index. This superimposed in the mobile view on the iPhone S the upper menu button. That must not be. But I find no settings in the backend of Tidio and the CSS statements in the WP backend do not work.

    screenshot you’ll find here: https://brand-design-solution.de/overlapping-menu.png

    this is overlapping the mobile menu on iPhone S and can’t be changed:
    max-height: 100vh;

    Thanks for your help

    Hi there,
    The problem occurs when the latest iPhone SE occurs when the chat icon is turned left. Then it superimposed the upper Main Menu. That’s why the chat icon is now aligned to the right for it to work.

    Hi!

    Thanks for writing back.
    I located multiple codes that affect Tidio i-frame size. That’s why the issue occurs.
    They change the width, max-width, height, min-height and many other properties of each i-frame on your page.
    As Tidio is rendered in i-frame and is not excluded from that code – it also affects Tidio and makes some page content unclickable.

    Please make sure to exclude Tidio by using :not(#tidio-chat-iframe) property in your CSS that affects i-frames.
