I have initiated a web crawler and completed a full site crawl. When accessing my website using Chrome on a PC, the response header shows “X-litespeed-cache: miss: bkd”, which is correct. However, when accessing the site using Chrome on mobile, the header shows “X-litespeed-cache: miss”. Comparing the cookies of both pages, only _ga_Y73FDNTNM0 is different. Can you help me look into this issue? Thank you.

When I use the LiteSpeed Cache crawler to crawl the entire site, the crawler for the PC can cache normally, but the crawler for mobile cannot cache properly. I suspect it’s because the value of _ga_Y73FDNTNM0 in the cookie for mobile, which is XXXXXX, differs from that on the PC. Could this be the reason why, after the crawler finishes crawling the entire site, the content on the mobile side is not cached?

I just completed a full-scale web crawl. Now, on your PC using Chrome (after pressing F12 then Ctrl+Shift+M to simulate a mobile device), visit any URL under my domain. At this point, it should return ‘x-litespeed-cache:miss’ (if no real users have visited previously). If it’s not ‘miss’, you can try other subdomains like ‘/zh-hans/’, ‘/ja/’, ‘/de/’, ‘/ru/’, ‘/fr/’, ‘/es/’, ‘/pt-br/’, etc. For direct access from a PC, it should show ‘x-litespeed-cache:bkd’. Please visit during the caching period of the crawler as soon as possible.

please go to sitemap setting , set “Drop Domain from Sitemap” to ON , and make sure server IP in General is correct one and your origin IP has a valid cert

    then crawl again.

After I followed your instructions, the mobile side still returns x-litespeed-cache:miss.
