Mobile voting really slow

Hi,
I’m using your plugin on a voting page and it works good on a desktop, but we’ve gotten a lot of negative feedback as to voting on mobile. Once you click the “vote” button it takes a really long time to process the vote before “thank you for voting” appears. We were considering an upgrade to a premium version, however the speed is the issue. Is there a way to fix it?
