Hello @stefanmoenk020992
You cannot convert the blocks automatically from core to gutenverse.
However you can redesign it, for example if you previously use core heading block, you need to add gutenverse heading block and replicate the content you did in core heading block.
But this could be troublesome if you have so many blocks to convert manually, so I think it’s better to reset the template (but keep gutenverse plugin activated), that way the gutenverse template will be loaded and you just need to change the content. (If you prefer to reset, I recommend to do backup first, in case if you changed your mind and want to return to your previous template).
Regarding page and post, block theme usually doesn’t include any page or post.
Block theme provides templates which you already know can be accessed through Appearance->Editor
and mostly you will do all the design there.
Page will automatically use template called Page
, and Post will automatically use template called Single Post
.
So if you need to re-design your page and post, you need to edit those template I mentioned.
In Block theme, Dashboard->Pages
and Dashboard->Posts
now are just a place to create content. You can still technically design a layout there, but the overall design used will be from the templates.
If you still have any question, please let us know.
Thank you.
