Mobile View does not work

hi,
I have tried the zoom magnifier plug-in but still I cannot get it work on mobile view but only work on desktop view. Can you help to check and see if anywhere I have been missing to configure please?
Attached 2 pictures that work on desktop.

But the other 2 pictures on mobile shows only can be clicked and viewed as new page.
