• I’ve updated information on our website that displays correctly on the computer but doesn’t update on mobile devices. The problem is not a cache issue. I’ve cleared the cache on my mobile device but the webpage in question still shows the old information. Not all pages are like this. When I update the homepage, it immediately updates on mobile devices as well.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Make sure all your plugins are updated. In LSCache menu – purge all. If you are using Elementor, go to Elementor -> Tools -> General -> Regenerate CSS and Data and sync library. If it did not work, let me know.

    Hi

It seems you are using a custom theme, some themes may have separate settings for mobile and desktop views. You may check your theme and make sure there are no overrides within the theme’s settings that are controlling the mobile display.

Also, its not the clearing caches of mobile devices, if you use any caching plugins on your site, some caching plugins can cache different versions for desktop and mobile. Ensure that the mobile cache has been cleared properly in your WordPress caching plugin, not just on the mobile device.

Let me know how its going.

    Thanks
