Mobile View – Can’t See Menu?

Apologies if this is a really simple thing, but I am struggling to activate or find a mobile menu for this theme?

When I access the site on my mobile phone, I can’t see a navigation menu, and when I go to Appearance > Menus there doesn’t seem to be a mobile menu in the Location section?

Edit: I’ve just noticed that for some reason, when my phone is in portrait mode then because I have a logo then it “pushes” the menu away? As when I turn my phone into landscape mode the menu (three lines) appears on the top right corner?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! ??
