Mobile Version: White Area right side

  • Hello,

    While browsing thru my mobile version I saw a white area on the right screen side where I can scroll to. There is non on the left. (360px view)

    Does not happen at tablet view (756px).
    I want to remove that white space but don’t know where.
    I am using OceanWP and Elementor / +pro.

    Hello, export your page as template, then create a new page, import your page in it and delete every section one by one to find which one cause this problem.

    Hey,

    so I checked out which caused the problem. When I delete the animated header on top and go to responsive view mobile, I am not able to scroll to the right anymore.

    However, on an iPhone 5 I still see the right space and can zoom in and out of the page even tho the header is gone.

    Is there a possibility to freeze the view for 320 pixels (which the iPhone 5/SE has), so I disable the white area?

    Hello, in all your sections, are you using the Strech feature of Elementor? If yes, try to disable it and check if it solves the problem.

    Hello

    I solved the matter as a supporter mentioned.
    I deleted all sections and find which is causing the issue.

    The animated header was the issue. I inserted a margin left and right until it kinda worked.

    had the same issue on jb-motors.de. I added Icons in the top header and suddenly white again. I put the total size of all 3 colums at like 95 and it kind of worked.
    I think when anything extends the total size it will just bump out as a white area.
