Theme stuck on mobile version on desktop

I added google ads to my website now it is only showing the mobile version on desktop, it won’t show the desktop horizontal menu and i want it to show. The footer on desktop is showing the mobile version too. I’ve tried to find help but i can’t, i’ve also cleared cache but i’m still experiencing this issue. Thanks!
