Mobile version of job board won’t load

Hello everyone,

It seems there may be a small bug that I’ve discovered and would love some assistance with how to fix it.

Out of the blue, the job board on my website at the link associated with the post has stopped loading the job board on mobile devices. It seems to be working fine on a laptop/desktop but on mobile devices, it just shows the loading circle indefinitely and won’t populate any of the already published listings.

Has anyone else seen this issue? Is it a new bug? How can I fix it so it doesn’t happen again?

Hello there,

It seems that after a recent update my issue has disappeared. It was simply not loading at all (at first not on the mobile, and then on any device). It just kept showing the small grey circle loading animation.

I believe it was after the most recent WordPress 5.9 update that the issue disappeared. Nothing else was done to make the issue stop. Hopefully this helps in with any troubleshooting but I’m ok now.

It seems as though the job board has stopped loading again. I’ve made no changes at all on my website and it was working absolutely fine yesterday. It has a mind of its own sometimes.

Everything on my website is fully updated and I can’t seem to find the issue. Here is the link that won’t seem to load;

A quick update.

After doing a thorough inspection to try and find the problem, I realized that this plugin is only tested to be compatible with WordPress version 5.8.3.

My WordPress account was updated to version 5.9 a while ago but even after I downgraded it back to version 5.8.3 I am still not able to get the job board loading properly. Also, my PHP is 7.4.27 so it’s definitely higher than the required minimum.

I would really appreciate some support with this, thanks!

Another quick update.

I had my technical support team from my hosting provider help me look into the issue and this is what they said:

“I see the same thing on my end too, but I am checking the server error logs and there is nothing in it explaining the issue. It appears that the issue is related to the plugin itself.”

I hope these little updates help you to clarify what the issue may or may not be. I’ll continue to share if I find anything. I really like this solution and prefer to keep using it but I can’t keep finding myself in this situation. Really hoping to hear back from you.

Hi @nsinelnikov,

That’s because I was using your plugin on that page previously but I had to switch the plugin over to a new plugin (the one you see now). That’s a live client website of mine and I couldn’t afford to wait to hear back from someone on this forum when they were asking me for answers.

The issues I was mentioning before are still persisting and I heard from several sources that the issue is with the plugin itself.
