Mobile version of contact form 7 does not display correctly

What theme do you use?
Do you have this issue on the default theme?
Unfortunately, we can’t provide support for the plugins other than Ultimate member.
If you have questions regarding Contact Form 7 I suggest submiting ticket on their support section.

I use your paid UP theme ! I wrote on the forum contact form 7, and they said that maybe your topic does not contain a suitable mobile style for CF7 forms.
