Mobile version not working

My website (www.opuntiads.com) works well and fast enough on Chrome on a PC, but it won’t work on a phone.

I’m using Generate Press theme, Version: 2.1.4.
I’m using WordPress Version 4.9.8.

I cannot access my website on an iPhone. I called my ISP and they cannot access it on their phone (don’t know what type of phone). The site just won’t come up.

The URL redirects to localhost.opuntiads.com. The error message says, “The webpage is unavailable.”

I’ve done a plugin check and deactivaated them all. I purged the CloudFlare cache and the WT3 Total Caches. It was working 3-4 days ago and I’m trying to remember if I made any changes. I can’t think of any.
