Mobile Version Not Updating Correctly

I am currently working on a web page for my clients website. And the I am having some serious issues with the mobile version of the website.

I am using Elementor for the website. (I already made sure it was updated to the current version).

I have the way it supposed to look in the Elementor Editor dashboard but whenever you actually look at the version online its tottaly not formatted correctly at all.
