    Hello,

My desktop version is perfect but I have deleted content that still shows up on my mobile homepage. I have tried clearing the web browser cache, re-publishing, and checking from another mobile device and the problem remains persistent. The content that is showing that should not be is a polaroid “photo shoot” image, the “skirts” image with the coral colored background, and a 2nd polaroid image.

I received this message from my hosting server support: It is looking like its one of the caches along the way like isp, mobile data cache, phone cache. I have tried to fix the issue from backend but still the issue exists so better you contact developer.

However, we are not using a formal developer. I am a graphic designer creating this site for a client. I am building the site through WordPress templates and a few custom CSS codes.

    Thank you.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

What should I NOT be seeing? Can you post a screenshot? (Put it on imgur.com and put a link here.)

Your page shows <!--Generated by Endurance Page Cache-->. In your hosting control panel, try disabling that cache. (You cannot do it from WordPress, though you may be able to empty it.)

This is great information but very new territory for me. I downloaded the WP Super Cache plugin and clicked “delete cache” but it doesn’t appear to resolve my issue.

This has nothing to do with WPSC; it’s a server-level cache installed by your host. Please disable that cache to see if the problem gets better.

My host server is Bluehost. Is there a way I can disabling the cash through the control panel through there?

Yes, as I told you above. Login to your control panel. I think it’s under “performance”.

I do not see anything mentioning control panel or performance

I am now logged into my cPanel but do not see anything regarding cache or performance.

A representative from my server Bluehost says they do not see the Endurance Page Cache plugin.

I don’t see it anymore. It was there earlier.

I now have tried making an entire different page my homepage and the old homepage with the deleted content still shows on my mobile device despite clearing its web cache.

It is now fixed on my phone again. As I said before, I am not very familiar with the development aspect of web building so I appreciate your input and patience greatly. Thank you.
