Mobile version is blank

  • Hello,

    When I open my website on a mobile (Chrome and Firefox) it is blank. When I click ‘show desktop version’ in the browser it displays the website nicely.

    But I do not want my visitors to visit a blank page, is there a way to enable ‘show desktop version’ automatically, or is there another fix to display the website on a mobile device?

  • Hey there,

    Are you using Jetpack plugin’s Mobile Theme module? If yes then disable it and it should start working properly.

    Hi Hardeep,

    Thanks you for your quick response.

    I didn’t even have Jetpack installed. I’ve just installed it and actually tried the mobile theme module, and disabled it again because it all resulted in the same blank screen.

    Thank you for your help, if you have any other ideas that I can try I gladly hear about it.
