mobile version doesn't appeare

try disable minify on the w3 cache plugin, its known to have issue on this theme. clear cache afterward.

Sorry but I’VE ALREady non enabled minify. The only setting i have, is page cache and browser cache. This issue is not ever visible, but only sometimes, other ideas?

I disintalled w3 total cache and i installed wp fastet cache, but i have the same problem, i didn’t enable minify css or js

that’s odd, did you enable responsive in theme options.
if still not work, try disable cache plugin and see if it work.

yes, i enable responsive in settings. I saw when I install w3 total cache I’ve this issue, but not ever, only sometimes. I let default settings of w3 tc. when i disable w3 tc it’s ok

lots of user also use w3t cache but its working with disabled minify. not sure about wp fastest cache tho. try check and disable any cache on js or style css.
