Mobile version

Hello!
I have some question about this theme. It about this site (https://wyszczekane.pl). Specifically about mobile version of it. It looks like this. It does not seem right, doesn’t it? Can I do something to make it look better? I would like to keep Alizee on site.
What exactly do I want? Static logotype and search engine. Expanding the menu at the top (when I open menu now it looks like this. And this is awful.) The size of the header should match the screen, right? It will be cool when I can make something like this. (Strip with a logo, drop down menu. If the menu would have been at the top of the page after scrolling down it would be great) I would also like to see only the titles of posts and outstanding photos. Without the beginnings of their content. I know, I know. Lots of stuff. But I wanted to introduce my vision for the clarity of the situation. So! Can I do antyhing or this? It possible in this theme? Or This should look good but I broke something? If I am able to do these things, what tools should I use? Is there any hope for me? ??
