    Hi
    We use recent posts on the dashboard of the theme woffice of a buddypress site
    the plugin is working well on desktop and mobile if users are not logged in.
    If you are logged in , you see all other widget on the dashboard except recent post
    (it seems to bee badly positioned bellow another widget or outside the windows at the right…)

    Any idea ?
    Best regards
    OB

    Sorry, no idea why it is not displayed for logged-in users. What happens if you change the order of the widgets?

    Hi
    I try this but the problem is still there
    (not logged, the plugin order change and recent post at the right place)
    (logged, recent post not visible)

    But what i can see is that all other widgets of the dashboard have the class:
    class=”widget box ….”

    but the recent post widget is the only one that have :
    class=”rpwwt-widget”
    (and not the class “widget” nor “box”)

    Perhaps this could help to solve this problem …

    Would you please tell the address of the site?

    I think that the problem appear when user is logged because in this situation the user can arrange the place of the widget and if all the classes of the widget are not correct the position of the box is broken…

    The container with class=”widget box ….” is inside the container with class=”rpwwt-widget”. So that is not the reason. RPWWT is build on the standard WordPress widget class. I do not see any reason why it should behave other way than other widgets. Please ask the theme author.

    Sorry but the answer of the theme developers confirm what i see in the code:

    “Regarding the widget issue on the dashboard, it’s definitely from the plugin. It’s overwritten the default WordPress functions to render its own widget.
    That won’t work with a complex layout such as Woffice where classes are used by the JS side. ”

    “Recent post” is the only widget that does not correctly inherit of the standard classes…

    In the new version 4.13.2 the output of the widget is revised. Can you confirm that it works with your theme?
