I have built sites using Generate Press for the 2 sites below. The dumagueteielts.com site works perfectly on all devices.
However, I am building a similar type of site (same purpose, similar layout, etc…,) but there are a few small things which I can’t seem to see what is causing them.

The new site is https://www.nativeneatenglish.com

The working site is https://www.courses.dumagueteielts.com

Often when I go to the home page I get just the top navigation and the footer. I have to login and refresh the settings and it then works (no idea why).

Now, the site is great on desktop, but on tablets and mobile the nav bar and menu take up the whole page. I have checked as much as I can, but can’t see the problem. I have compared the 2 sites (not everything as this will take too long).

Any ideas????

I can only see navigation and footer on home page as well. Might worth trying #1 here: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/debugging-tips/

The mobile looks find to me too? Not sure what you are seeing.

I am seeing the same thing on my mobile (ASUS) and my tablet (Samsung). It is ok if I test it in a resizer, but not on the actual devices.

does anyone know how to solve this issue. My web host company said that this file is ok and does not cause a problem. WRONG!!!

This happened a few weeks ago, then corrected itself, but now it is back. I have scanned my site and it seems clean.

Cannot access my dashboard now, even via Cpanel.

That file name looks like it was some sort of hacked file that your host fixed and marked for deletion?

Do you have any caching plugin activated on your site?

No. The problem has been fixed. My hosting company changed the ModSecurity setting in cPanel which seemed to do the trick, but I still only get the header and footer in my mobile version (ASUS Zenfone).

Just checked it out using Chrome on my Google Pixel and everything looks the same as when I resize the browser down on my desktop. All of the content is there.
