Mobile theme "view full site" doesn't work

I couldn’t duplicate this on my test site. If you deactivate all other plugins, does it still fail to load the full site?

Same problem here – https://www.goffstownlibrary.com/ using ios & android mobile phones to test, full site not revealed.

Not hearing back from the original poster, marking this as resolved for now.

I use now WPTouch, this will work for my sites. The error of jetpack occurred on 10 different blogs. not to seek time and loss why when other plugins work equally.
