Mobile theme not matching Desktop theme

Thank you in advance for any assistance anyone can provide me!

A few weeks ago, I disabled my mobile responsiveness in an attempt to allow mobile users to view only my full site. This worked perfectly for a few days, but all of a sudden, when viewing my site from a mobile, the theme is completely different from foodie pro (current theme) and back to a mobile view.

Can anyone help with how I can fix this? Thank you!
