I’m using a plugin for a different theme on mobile, but I’m currently getting a merge of the desktop and the mobile themes. The mobile theme is a modified version of the desktop theme. I’ve tried different plugins.

What are you trying to achieve by using different themes on different devices?

Not going to live, i’ve never even thought about doing this due to it being completely unnecessary, but I am curious as to why you are doing it?

I want a simpler version on mobile with different header. Must be plenty of people want to use different themes or the plugins wouldn’t exist. How would you achieve this?

Same situation for me trying to personalize the mobile theme but it randomly extracts features from the desktop one. The site is https://www.markantconsult.ro/ .Looking for solutions

Well i’d achieve this by using a builder and creating the sections you want that display different sections on different devices.

Such as Elementor, which allows you to do exactly this. You just create two headers and choose which one you want to display on mobile/desktop. Same for just about everything else.

Just my opinion – just seems counter-productive to have to switch themes

I decided to put the mobile site on different url
