Mobile Support

  • I recently installed Easy Voicemail and the plugin is working great. But I can only see the record button when I am on a desktop. When browsing the website on my phone, I do not see the record button.

    Is this normal? Does the plugin only work on a desktop? I was hoping visitors would be able to use their phones, as that’s the most common way people visit our site.

    EDIT: I’m sorry, I did not see the “browser compatibility” thread, as i was only viewing resolved topics. I will keep an eye on developments there. Thank you!

    Hello, Thank you for reaching out, the app has been tested on mobile and it does work on Android Chrome and Firefox and other browser, unfortunately we are unable to test it on Safari or any apple device, we applyed a fix for compatibility for it to support Safari on IPhone but we are unable to confirme if it does work, we need more infos on what device and what the error you are getting to be able to fix it.

    No problem. I’m currently using an iPhone X, and it will display the timer, but the record button does not appear.

    This happens on mobile Chrome, Firefox and Safari.

    Additionally, as one other person suggestiond as well, even on the a desktop, Safari does not display the record button.

    I will send some screen snaps to the email address.
