I’ve noticed the same when using Chrome on my Android device.

For me it only is an issue if I have more than one of the menus expanded, and in that scenario I have to close one to be able to see the bottom of the other.

    Hi Both,

This will be because your theme is sticking the header, which contains the menu, to the top of the screen, preventing you from scrolling down.

To fix it you can add a scrollbar to the mobile menu:

I found that in another thread on here, but I didn’t need it in the end.

What I wrote in my post above actually made me realise that there must be an option which I had overlooked. Collapsing one menu when you open another seems pretty basic and must be an option… turns out it was there all along and I had just missed it ??

    Thanks Tom,

    This fix works well.

Do you have a fix that will allow the menu background stretch across the whole screen horizontally?

    Hi dday1234,

There is an option you can try for this: Mega Menu > Menu Themes > Mobile Menu > Force Full Width.

That is just for the mobile sub-menu. I would like a fix for the main top menu bar for all devices that will make the background color stretch across the full width of the screen. Thanks for your help.

    Hi dday1234,

The width of your menu is controlled by the theme – the menu will expand to the space given, but it cannot expand past that.

You would need to use custom CSS to override any max-widths (set them to 100%) and paddings/margins (set them to 0) on the elements that wrap the menu.

    Regards,
    Tom
