Mobile slide images vertically distorted

    Hello,
    Similar to another user’s problems 3 month ago I have mobile images that are stretched vertically.

    On desktop and laptop, the result is perfect but on tablet and smartphone
    the slide photographs are vertically stretched. The distortion is especially visible when there are people on the pictures.

    Is there a way to fix the issue?

    Thanks for your post.
    May we kindly ask you to inform on which mobile device have you faced the issue?
    We’ve checked the slider on Samsung Galaxy S6 using Chrome browser and it is displayed properly: https://prntscr.com/h4ongd

    Maybe there is a specific mobile device on which the problem exists?

    I am seeing it on iPhone 6+ and Android – LG G6 – looks okay on ipad. Can send you screen shot if you like?
