I’ve set the size of my popup to customize mode 75%, max width: 600px, min width: 90px. On my responsive viewer on my desktop, it looks great. But on my actual phone (and on my client’s phone), the popup is full screen width. We would really like to see the background on either side of the popup. Is there something else I need to do to make this work?

    Hello,

When it comes to mobile responsive popups, multiple factors should be considered. Since you are using a custom size, I suggest creating two different popups: one for mobile and one for desktop/tablet. This can be achieved with our advanced targeting extension. For more information, please check this page: How to Use the Advanced Targeting Extension. This way, you will be able to make a responsive popup for mobile.

If the issue persists or you need any further assistance, please visit our support page, where you’ll find options to chat with us or send an email. Our team is available to assist you and will gladly address any concerns you may have.

    Best regards,
