Mobile site stopped working just tired to load

For some reason my website wont load on mobile phones, tried it on mine a Samsung and then on an I-phone.

It has always worked but now just ticks over thinking about opening!

The website on a laptop or computer was also being a bit silly too but I removed a recent plug in I installed and reset the permalinks and that fixed that but mobile still not doing anything.

I dont know where to start!!
