    Hi risti040,
I’m sorry but we don’t support theme specific issues. We’re not familiar with this theme. However we’ll inspect all elements on front-end if it’s a simple issue we’ll recommend some solution if you leave example page URL. We don’t know where to check now.

If you can solve the problem, I can give you admin login.

    – [checked] Enable threaded (nested) comments [more than 1]

Also, please note, all problems come from missing JS files in current active theme. Lots of JS files don’t exists in theme’s /js/ext/ directory.

Please see the error logs: https://screencast.com/t/mvlf1fMSG
Just upload these files and those errors will be fixed automatically. After this wpDiscuz should also works fine.

Before checking, make sure you’ve deleted cache. And also test one more time with disabled “back-top” feature / plugin. Sometimes this “back-top” buttons conflict with wpDiscuz.

Ok, then all possible conflict with wpDiscuz parts is checked. Other things are mobile functions of this Theme. We just detected some unusual delay on scrolling page and touching to some action buttons on mobile devices. Something is not working well in theme JS functions. You should ask this theme support for help. I’m sorry but we can’t go through all mobile functions of this theme, this out of our support.

The support for this theme is over…you can fix the problem if i give you admin login details? Please…this plugin is so awesome and I don’t want to disable it.

    Hi risti040,
I’m sorry but we don’t familiar with this theme, and have no clue what mobile function has it. If there is no support for this theme I’d recommend you to change this theme.
