Mobile site not showing responsive and cart problems

    Hi, the site I am working on is https://krisyoungboss.com/labellamorenita/

    When viewed on my iphone, the layout doesn’t resize to fit the mobile. It just looks as it does on the regular web. But the menu changes to mobile view. And when someone tries to add an item to the cart, it says it’s added and then when they go to view the cart, it says that the cart is empty. And this is only on mobile. Everything seems to work fine in regular web browsing, like on my laptop. I’m not too knowledgeable with WooCommerce and I’m quite lost?

    I am wondering if it’s not resizing because I have items on the home page?
    I did a static home page because I didn’t see an option to add featured items on there. So I just did it via shortcodes.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.
