• Hello,
I started running a mobile version of my site using GoMobi on a shared server program. I then upgraded to a WordPress Optimized server not knowing it was not compatible with GoMobi. So the hosting tech turned off the go GoMobi and now it doesn’t redirect to the m. version but it just sits there trying but never loading on any mobile device (desk top is just fine). I’ve changed the plugins folder name in the wp-content folder effectively turning off all plugins, deleted all content in the .htaccess file, turned my themes responsive featured to off and cleared out all the cache. The ISP has said it’s not a server issue but I’m at a loss. Does anyone have something to try. Url is jaaronwoodcountertops.com. Thanks.

  • Hi this can be quickly fixed by adding manual redirection.
Just put index.html file in the root directory and in the index.html check if user are visiting from mobile or Desktop and redirect them accordingly
I will prefer you to check pixels so users can be redirected quickly.
that will maintain your website speed too.
