Mobile Site Looks Very Off

I am working on a site for a client, & when I pull it up on my mobile devices (iPad & iPhone) it looks very messed up.

I have a coming soon page up currently, but if anyone can help/respond & are present at a similar time I will take it down for the time being.

Just am not ready for the client to see it just yet.
