    Dear @caffecity, hello,

    Thanks for reaching out,

We are using delayed JS functionality which prompts JS execution on mouse scroll/tap from the user for better page speed score – since your website employs a preloader it expects user to start scrolling to start JS execution after which loads as intended. We can disable this functionality for you but please note that it may decrease the final speed score,

Our team recommends not using preloaders with our Booster in general since they create additional requests for script execution and tend to conflict with delayed JS, therefore better score is possible with our plugin provided the preloader is kindly disabled on your side,

Please, let us know of your thoughts on the matter

As this is a Bootstrap theme By GFXPARTNER I am not sure how to remove the preloader if you can guide me that would be of great help.

    Or

Let’s consider if you disable the preloader how much of an impact will be there on the final speed score?

    Hello again, dear @caffecity,

Thanks a lot for details – we have re-checked your website and the preloader is no longer there with lighthouse test indicating a mobile score of 77 on our side – have you per chance disabled the preloader?

Please note, that further optimization is hindered by prolonged server response time on the side of your current hosting as well as large hero image on top of your page affecting FCP. Despite that our Booster achieved quite an impressive result compared to the pre-optimization version of your website that can be tested with this link

For manual optimization options I should ask you to contact our technical team to solve this issue, please contact us using the following form”. Please mention this forum post link in your email’s subject line.
We would be glad to see if there are any additional options for you =)
