Mobile site doesn't work right

When you pull up my site DallasInDemand.com on a mobile device the first time you see just the blog page and not the full homepage. When you scroll to the bottom and click view full site, it opens up the full Optimizer site and looks great. Why is that happening? I’m sure it’s just a setting that I haven’t found. Thanks!
