    Version:?1.34.5

After this latest update, the main body of our mobile site is missing. The only part of the page that renders (incompletely), is the widgets area.

Disabling this plugin brings back the body of the page. I’m not seeing any rendering issue on the desktop site.

Is there anything obvious I can check or try to remedy this ?

    Thanks!

I just realized I used my personal account since I was troubleshooting this from home when it happened.

Back at work and I’m still seeing the same issue. I don’t know if it will help, but I’ll leave it enabled for a few hours so hopefully you can have a look at it broken.

    Thanks!

I can see the content on mobile. Please make sure you clear your cahce before testing or test in a private browser window.

    Hi,

I think you might be mistaking the widget content for the actual body content.

I’ve cleared the cache on both my mobile and desktop browsers, and both are still broken for me. (Using chrome tools mobile emulator on desktop)

Your screenshot link doesn’t work for me. Here’s what I see, screenshot:

I don’t understand how that link is not working for you, but here it is on Imgur.

It appears to be working in Firefox, but not Chome/Brave. Here are both browsers in private windows.

Works for me on all browsers. It appears to me some caching issue with you. Kindly ask some other friends to test if possible.

Seems to work on friends iPhone using Safari, but still broken for me when I tried it on my Android phone using both Firefox and Tor Browser. Neither had ever been to this site before, so no possible way it was cached.

Enabling and disabling the plugin and refreshing changes it every time. I guess I’ll just leave it disabled since you can’t seem to replicate the issue.

    Thanks for looking.

So a minor correction. I just found out the person who was checking on the iPhone was actually pulling up the mailer that gets emailed every day, and wasn’t going directly to the site.

So it is Not working on Safari either.

Is there anything about this that could be location based? We aren’t using a VPN or anything here, so I find it hard to explain how you aren’t seeing this.

Today’s update has resolved a bug that was previously present. This bug was not related to location or VPN usage.

Unfortunately, I am unable to assist with debugging the issue as it is functioning properly on my end. However, I will monitor the situation and recheck if it is reported by any other user.

In order to troubleshoot the issue, I suggest disabling all other plugins to check for conflicts. Additionally, if you use a service such as Cloudflare, ensure the site is not cached there. Lastly, try refreshing the page after updating it.

    Appreciate the help!

There is no way to install plugins on my phone browser (that I’m aware of), and already showed using private windows on the desktop. I did clear site settings on my mobile browsers without any luck. I’m already programed to do hard refreshes anytime I refresh a page and never do a normal refresh anymore. (Ctrl+Shift+R)

Using Bluehost, but not aware if they are using a CDN or not. I’ll keep monitoring it, but for now I’m lost on what else to try.

    Very odd. :\

I mean’t to say disable all other plugins on your website and then test.

Thank you for clarifying! I didn’t consider that.
