Mobile Site All Hyperlinks

  • Our mobile site has been showing only hyperlinks when using the mobile Chrome app. We have cleared the cache and updated browsers and still nothing is corrected. The developer said the backend is working fine and the rest of the site is as well. Can you please help? We have asked over five different people (ones who have visited the site before and ones who have not) and it is showing the same thing across all phones in many different locations.

    Mobile compatibility theme-dependent.

    Looking at your site, I could not find which theme you use.

    I recommend asking your theme’s support so the theme’s developers and support community can help you with this.
