Hi Karlagjini.
I’m able to reproduce your issue on iPhones, though the tool does seem to be showing up properly on Android devices. We’re looking into the issue further. I’m not sure how soon we’ll have a fix.
In the meantime if you want to resolve this ASAP, this issue doesn’t show up when using tools saved in an AddThis.com account instead of anonymously in WordPress. AddThis.com accounts are free and only require an email address.
If you want to stick with your current plugin and are willing to do a bit of extra work, you can do this from within the Share Buttons by AddThis plugin by moving the plugin into AddThis mode (Advanced Options >> I want to control my plugin from… AddThis.com) and then go through the AddThis profile setup (there’s a button on the same page). You’ll want to come back from setting up your account with a profile ID to put in the profile ID field.
You might have a better experience through the Smart Layers by AddThis though, as it won’t make you copy and paste a profile ID or leave your WordPress dashboard to configure tools. Just make sure to go to the “Home” page within that plugin and register the plugin (you can even create an AddThis.com account right from there, too). Then you’ll want to configure the Sharing Sidebar and Mobile Sharing Toolbar tools on the “Share Buttons” page.
Thanks,
Julka
