Mobile search box with soft keyboard

    Hello,
    I’m experiencing an issue with the search box on mobile devices. The search box is closing when the soft keyboard is opened making it impossible to type a keyword. When I dug deeper I saw that the active class of the header-search_icon-item element is toggled. Maybe the keyboard opening triggers an event similar to click outside the search box.

    I hope this explanation makes sense.

    I would also like to report the same issue. When the search box opened from search icon, it would be hidden as soon as tapped inside the search box to type something.
    I hope team Customify would resolve the issue soon.

    Hello! Same problem. I wrote to customify support. That’s what they say: “This issue only happens in the Android mobile, not iOS. I’ve created an issue for the developer team to fix it in the next update.”
