Mobile Scaling Issue – Buttons

Hi,

I have an issue with scaling button sizes when viewed between Desktop and Mobile. I have gone down the route of selecting mobile view, then scaling out to desktop, however when I do this the resized buttons remain at the size the were on mobile rather than scaling up to the desired size on a desktop.

What is the solution to this? Or a work around?
