Mobile responsiveness issue

I’m having issues with my mobile site when viewed on an actual mobile device.

All the previews on my desktop for mobile size look correct, I’ve modified the responsiveness in Elementor where needed, but whenever I pull the website up on my phone things are out of place, misaligned, font sizes are changed, or (in the case of the contact page linked here) the phone numbers are showing up as a highlighted color. Some pages look great while others have one thing wrong or many.

I did clear my browsing cache and most issues seemed to resolve, except the phone numbers are still appearing yellow. It’s a standard text box in Elementor with everything set to default (Elementor actually is not responding to me making any typography changes in that box).

Any idea what’s going on? Specifically on the phone numbers on contact or sales pages, I can’t find anywhere that would be causing that color change.
