I’m having a really odd issue that I cannot figure out. If someone goes directly to the site: https://www.waahonua.com, on a mobile phone, then clicks “Voyage Dashboard” from the menu bar, they get directed to the mobile version of the Esri (ArcGIS) dashboard as they should. However, if (also using a mobile device), they type in the direct url for that page (https://waahonua.com/voyage-dashboard/), it only shows the desktop version, which looks terrible.
Why is that? And more importantly, how can I fix the issue?

While in the mobile view the same menu item associated with this URL: https://www.arcgis.com/apps/dashboards/0a66f25fe0c44ae397b7e958a4ef003f
Please go to Appearance > Menu and try to change the URLs for that menu items.
For troubleshooting, please do the following steps and let me the results:
1- Head over to WP Dashboard > Plugin.
2- Deactivate all plugins.
3- Then, first activate the Ocean Extra plugin.
4- Check your issue.
5- Then, activate your plugins one by one
6- After activation of any plugins, check your issue
Note: if you have a cache plugin or server cache. You need to clear its cache contents or disable them.
