Tooltipy free last version is v3.3.3, if you are talking about the pro version I sent you the v4.3.4 on sept 16, if you don’t get it please contact me so I can send you the latest one v4.3.6

Honestly, I don’t know which one of them I have. All that happened is that it working flawlessly until i ran an update. then it stopped being unresponsive on mobile and now it is giving me the following error on the glossary list (in the post page in the front end):

Warning: preg_match(): Unknown modifier ‘R’ in /home/imsharaf1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/bluet-keywords-tooltip-generator/functions.php on line 128

I checked, it doesn’t seem that I received anything from you in September.

Dear Jamel,
the website is password protected per client’s request. I had to sign an NCNDA with the client to build it for him. Would it be possible that you guide me through the process to fix this error. it is publishing website. Also, the issue with the Mobile/Responsive feature that I mentioned to you above, how can it be fixed. Client is texting me everyday asking about the status. Dear Jamel,

Many thanks for resolving the issue. For all support community members, the issue was that I needed to update my free version to the latest update in order to resolve the Mobile responsiveness issue. Also note that Jamel has made some changes to who the tooltip look like on Mobile, like making anchored to the bottom of the screen and allowing the user to see the background and scroll through it while the tooltip is displaying which is a nice feature. As for the error message that I was getting, on the gloss section in the side bar. It turns out that one of my keyword had 2 slashes as such: DNA/RNA/Direction of Syntheses (or something similar). Once I replaced the slashes with “and” or space, the error went away. As a reminder, when you changes a Keyword, you need to change the occurrences too. I was lucky that there was one occurrence only in one of my posts.
