Mobile Redirection Conflict with Cache Enabler Plugin

The mobile redirection not working when I activate the Cache Enabler plugin. I use Nginx server and I think it’s a conflict with cache enabler server configuration. Please see this Nginx configuration for cache enabler https://www.keycdn.com/support/wordpress-cache-enabler-plugin#nginx
