Hi, I have basically two problems:
    1. the Image Post homepage doesn’t work on mobiles (it just show a white page with the title of my image post page)
    2. Redirection plugin doesn’t work with this theme. It was working with the previous theme, now it doesn’t. I have now very few plugin (Yoast seo, Redirection, Jetpack, Contact Form, Broken Link Checker).
    Could you please help me?
    My website is irenedisumma.com
Thanks a lot for your help!

    Greetings…

For issue #1, I checked your site in my ipad and it worked well, but looked at it in my iphone which shows me the problem. You need to disable your jetpack mobile feature; I believe that is causing the issue because it replaces the theme’s own responsive styling.

For issue #2, I’m not sure what you mean by “redirection”? Perhaps if you can provide a bit more info on what you are redirecting? Plus, if you are using a third party plugin, then any issues that arise from that will be their support. I know you said it doesn’t work when you switched to this theme, but I would recommend contacting their support first and see what they say. Usually conflicts relate to plugins.

By the way, nice looking front page with the grid!

    Thanks for your prompt reply!

issue #1 resolved by disabling the jetpack mobile feature, thanks!

issue #2 Redirection is the WP plugin to manage 301 redirections. I need to redirect few posts from my previous website.

    Thanks

    You are very welcome ??

For redirection, no theme should be interfering with 301 redirection as this is handled outside of a theme. Ideally the “best” method for redirection is using .htaccess, but if you are using the “Redirection” plugin that I just looked up, I see they don’t use htaccess.

I would still recommend contacting their support and let them know your redirects are not working.

#issue 2 by disabling Redirection WP plugin. It now works great with Quick Page/Post Redirect Plugin.

Thank you for following up about the redirection. What is important is that everything is working for you now ??

    Cheers,
    Andre
